Why Scale
One record
The quote, the order and the invoice sit on one record shared with stock and accounting, so nothing is typed twice.
VAT in riel
Line items may stay in US dollars; the tax invoice shows the total payable and the VAT in Khmer riel.
You own the code
Software designed around your workflows and approvals, with the source code yours from go-live and no per-user licence.
- No system files your VAT return. Your accountant files it through GDT’s E-Filing, from the figures the system prepares.
FAQ
How is Sales different from the CRM?
The CRM is everything before the order: leads, contacts, deals, the timeline, the pipeline. Sales is the quote and the order, with discounts and approvals; Accounting raises the invoice from that order. On one record the won deal becomes the quote without retyping.
Can we quote in dollars and invoice in riel?
Yes. The quote keeps its currency. On the invoice, dollar amounts are converted at the NBC rate on the invoice date, and the total payable and the VAT are shown in riel.
Does the system file our VAT return with GDT?
No. GDT has no API. The system produces the monthly return figures and the sales and purchase lists; your accountant files them through GDT’s E-Filing.
Does an order check stock before it is confirmed?
Yes. The order checks stock the warehouse can promise: available, not on-hand. On-hand minus what open orders already hold is what a rep can sell.
How long does it take?
One module is scoped at 8–15 weeks. Where Sales is part of a full single-entity ERP, the whole system runs 16–22 weeks.
