We build the operating system that runs Cambodia’s most demanding businesses.
Scale builds business systems in Phnom Penh. We build the ledger that the factories, distributors, hotels, and trading houses moving real product across this country actually run on: purchasing, inventory, sales, and accounting as one record, with CRM on top.
We are independent and build to fit. We do not resell platforms or take referral fees. We listen to how your business runs, give you a fixed price to build the software for it, and stay through go-live. When the work is done, the source code is yours.

Scale has operated that way since 2025: one customer at a time, learning what Cambodian businesses actually need and what international playbooks get wrong here. Working rules
Six rules we enforce at the engagement level, not the pitch level. Vendor-independent advisory, fixed price after discovery, in-person delivery, source code ownership, Khmer as a first-class language, and SLA support in business hours. We have walked away from deals that required breaking any of them.

We are vendor-independent and take no referral fees. The right answer for your business is sometimes a custom build, sometimes integrating what you already have, sometimes fixing process before software. We say which.
